SPOLJNA OBELEŽJA I SIMBOLIKA NAVIJAČKIH GRUPA KAO ELEMENTI BEZBEDNOSNE PROCENE

Navijačke grupe predstavljaju složene subkulturne zajednice čija se identifikacija zasniva na simbolima, ritualima i sistemu internih vrednosti. Sa stanovišta kriminologije i kriminalistike, ovi elementi imaju poseban značaj jer omogućavaju razumevanje mehanizama grupne kohezije, hijerarhije i potencijalne sklonosti ka devijantnim oblicima ponašanja. Rad se fokusira na analizu spoljašnjih obeležja navijačke subkulture, sa posebnim naglaskom na grupu Bad Blue Boys iz Zagreba, kao tipičnom primeru urbane navijačke zajednice u jugoistočnoj Evropi. Posebna pažnja posvećena je interpretaciji tetovaža, boja, slogana i drugih simbola koji funkcionišu kao vizuelni kodovi identiteta, statusa i pripadnosti. Na osnovu analize dostupne literature i policijske prakse, kroz tekst rada ukazujemo na važnost unapređenja profesionalnih veština za rad sa različitim zajednicama unutar policijskog rada. Razumevanje i tumačenje simbolike navijačkih grupa od suštinskog je značaja jer omogućava prepoznavanje potencijalnih rizika, diferencijaciju između identitetskih i ekstremističkih izraza, kao i izgradnju efikasnijih preventivnih i reaktivnih strategija. Zaključuje se da vizuelna simbolika, ukoliko se pravilno razume i interpretira, može predstavljati vredan analitički instrument u kriminalističkoj proceni, te doprineti razvoju savremenih modela policijske prakse u vezi sa sportskim i drugim javnim okupljanjima.
