The management of sports organizations represents a key factor in the efficient operation of sports entities, ranging from local sports clubs to professional sports leagues. This study examines various dimensions of sports organization management, focusing on contemporary challenges and perspectives. By analyzing relevant academic studies, empirical research, and practical examples, the aim is to elucidate the critical factors influencing the success of sports organizations in today’s dynamic and competitive environment. Specifically, the paper explores how these factors are applied to achieve objectives of efficiency, success, and sustainability within the context of sports organizations.
The research adopts a descriptive methodology, incorporating a comparative analysis of domestic and international professional and scientific literature. The study is based on an extensive review of available literature, encompassing statistical data and scholarly research addressing the management of sports organizations. Sources include professional domestic and international publications, as well as scientific studies relevant to the topic.
The findings underscore the significance of a well-defined strategy, effective leadership, financial stability, innovative marketing practices, efficient human resource management, and adaptability to technological and social changes. These elements are identified as pivotal for attaining competitive success and ensuring the long-term sustainability of sports organizations.
