Twenty basketball clubs participated in this research. The population that was studied are: Administrative staff (president, director, secretary) and captains, vice-captains in clubs). Variables of research through surveys in the form of questionnaires. The battery of tests used in this research are questionnaires that answer the effectiveness of sports organizations and the degree of leadership presence. The research gave results in the difference in the presence of effectiveness between the ranks of the competition with the reliance on leadership influence.
